• Lead VIGIL, a real-time CV quality-control system: built and supervised the EfficientAD anomaly-detection pipeline for cashew kernel inspection (webcam feed, client-server architecture, per-item anomaly scores separating defective from good kernels).
• Designed the edge deployment: Intel N100 mini-PC running ONNX Runtime; diagnosed lighting-induced false positives from an early demo and specified a controlled-illumination fix.
• Built rustama-engine, a Rust local LLM inference engine on llama.cpp with an HTTP endpoint, for the offline EduBoard classroom product; assembled a Malayalam corpus for future language-model fine-tuning.
• Leading training of a person / head-counting detector on CrowdHuman and COCO; shipped open-source Rust / Tauri products including Cerberus (automated code-security auditor).
